years gone by women were informed, nourished, nurtured and sustained
by other women within their community; their mothers, aunts,
sisters, grandmothers, daughters, granddaughters, neighbours, friends
and elders. Story telling played a central role in women's work and
play. It was the way women shared of wisdom and information, the manner
in which social and cultural mores were sustained and perpetuated.
RECLAIM is bringing back the lost art of sitting in circle, with the Women's Wisdom circles. These circles facilitate story telling and the sharing of experiences in the time honoured manner - with love, compassion, respect, humour and honesty - from woman to woman. You can leave your masks at the door.
A non-refundable booking fee of $5.00 applies to all workshops that must be paid prior to the day to secure your place.

is our intention to create formats and spaces which are supportive
and safe for individuals and couples to continue their journey in
reclaiming their sexuality and sensuality back after birthing. This is
as important to men as it is to women and as necessary to those who are
preparing for birth as it is to those who have birthed regardless of
when it was.

Reclaim Sex After Birth
Sex Beyond Birth
A three hour workshop for couples and individuals who are preparing for birth and beyond. This workshop provides information to build realistic expectations on what sex will be like after birthing. It aims to empower people to make informed birth choices – particularly on what will impact their sex life afterwards.
Areas focused will be the post birth body, impact of breastfeeding, hormonal changes perineum support, intimacy and beliefs about sex and reconnecting as a couple.
This information is not normally provided in antenatal or post birth support or in any standard pregnancy or parenting books.
