Sex After Birth Survey
We are conducting the first of our sex after birth surveys. We would like to know of your experiences of the first time you had sex after birth, the interactions you had with primary health care provider and the education you undertook to prepare for sex after birth just to name a few things.

It is a simple multiple choice, 10 question survey, with space for those who would like to comment further. We are aiming to have between 250 and 500 responses. To do so we need your help.
Firstly we ask that you take the survey, then do one of the following things:
* email the link on to friends, family and work colleagues
* post the link on your favourite forum
* create a link on your blog or website
* create a link to the survey on your FaceBook profile
We’ll post up the results in December.
