Fighting For Kisses

Tag: HumourAnnie @ 12:04 am

Its interesting to see that advertisers have cottoned onto the unseen battle waged in many households when a baby is introduced into the family mix. This advert makes a tense situation lighter and might allow couples to communicate thier frustrations about what is happening. I think it was cleverly done and a smart parody of many bad “B” grade boxing/fighters movies.

Oh and yes - there is actually a game you can download from the company website - where the baby fights with rubber ducks and other cutsie things.. Ignoring psychoanalysis and concentrating on the pure entertaining/advertising side of the concept, its an original take and angle for the product and achnowledges ther social issue between couples and newborns…. What are your thoughts?

It’s Business Time: Flight of the Conchords

Because a little humour never goes astray. Sadly they don’t talk about kids upstairs asleep - but well you could just image it! The first time I heard this on TripleJ I was certain Barry White had a new song until it dawned on me what the lyrics were. ENJOY.
